The Workforce Development Program aims to equip Closter High School juniors and seniors with essential technology and marketing skills to prepare them for modern careers. By focusing on programming, web content creation, e-commerce marketing, and sales, students gain practical experience for the digital workforce. Program Description

This four-month after-school program provides a blend of online and in-person training. Students tackle real-world projects in the following areas:

  • Web Content Creation: Techniques for managing and optimizing digital content.

  • E-Commerce Marketing: Strategies in SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.

  • Sales Techniques: CRM utilization and strategies for online selling.
